    What Abuse Is

Morning sun in a misty forst setting

Abuse takes different forms and each is harmful to your well being.

Abuse can be physical, sexual, psychological, emotional, spiritual, financial, stalking, or, a combination of these different forms of abuse.

Abuse happens when another person attempts to gain power or control over you. This person could be a parent, partner, spouse, friend, stranger, care-giver, brother, or sister.
